OOOHHhhh boy!... very slow... is there anyway you could re do this and speeeeeed things up... I am interested in the information but find it is painful to watch as it is so slow... sorry to be rude... it is not my intention...
@VegasDiva42 Any other food grade acid would work, such as ascorbic acid. Though citric acid is the easiest to find, if nowhere else it can be found through a home brew supply, I get mine from The Wine Cellar in Regina, SK. If you do find another food grade acid you will have to figure the reaction ratios to have a balanced fizz. Best of luck!
@VegasDiva42 Lemon juice is commonly available at most grocery stores and has a high citric acid content and it also has a nice refreshing scent. I wash my face with it on occasion. However, use it at your own risk.
Hi good vid ive been spraying my mix with witch hazel n think this sets off fizz...is it correct that if i use oils n two sperate bowls like you have done (no whitch hazel) i wont set off any fizz. And you use enough oils to combine the mixture.
@Rainbowdrops31 In my experience, spraying witch hazel sets off my bath bombs. I can't comment on your formula as to whether it will or will not fizz. Keep tweaking your formula until you have something that works for you. Good luck.
@FragaJeskOo My fragrance oils was included in my measuring cup that had my soft/hard oils. You can use google to find hundreds of bath bomb recipes. With experience, you'll be able to formulate your own recipe.
@glamourgirl001002 I don't know anything about using table salt. You can make a test batch using table salt for yourself and decide whether table salt works and if you like it.
@Bathmistress Table salt isn't the best to use as it has iodine in it. Too much isn't a good thing. Kosher salt, sea salt and Epsom salt are the best I've come across.
You have been a busy girl! Thank you soooooo much for this video! And the ones coming up! I can't wait to try this recipe and relax in my very own signiture bath bomb!
