@christinasme i'm having a serious transformation from this. I've been doing 4 of his videos for the past 3 1/2 weeks for 5-6 days a week. The numbers on the scale aren't moving but I'm looking so much thinner. I can see the muscles in my arms now and even though i'm 151 pounds, I can see my abs coming out. I'm so thrilled with the results. It's brutal, but if you need to you can pause it, catch your breath and drink some water, then hit play again. The Cardio Sculpt and Insane Abs are the best.
