This young chap may have something called MOMO syndrome. Children with this condition are a normal weight at birth but are 3 mos. they start gaining weight rapidly , babies with MOMO syndrome are also unusually tall for their ages.

If you look at this little boy in addition to being overweight he's tall for his age. I hope that was helpful folks.

I agree there are illnesses that cause this kind of condition in babies and adults for that matter. But am sorry at the end of the day no body and SPECIALLY babies get this over weight , unless they are being fed non stop.
