For a beginner, this is probably the BEST instruction I have seen!! He is eloquent, no 'ums' or 'ers', and all is a very clear and precise explanation of what you need to start playing pool. I think you should do a more detailed video for advanced players too as you can obviously play and know quite a bit about the game and it's intricacies. VERY GOOD. 5 stars!!

A good tuning drill to see if your cue stroke is straight is using the edge of the table where felt meets wood, line up your cue right over that line and watch your stroke any mistake will be easy to see.

In the shot after the break, the cue ball hit a color ball first which then hit the 4-ball into tje pocket.

If you had used a stripe ball to hit the 4-ball in, would that be a legitimate shot?

You forgot one last rule, the black 8 ball needs to be potted by either players as the last shot near the end of a round. And you gotta say in which hole it goes otherwise your opponent wins if it goes in the wrong pocket. I think there are 2 gaming styles regarding this, one is you gotta say it before each game where you will put the black in, and two where you won't need to "predict" anything and just put the black in. Some often make the mistake and mix them together and choose another hole.

Perfect, short, to the point, goes over everything important as simply as possible with the perfect visuals.

The only problem i have with this is that he's too strict about the stance, not EVERYONE has to stand like that with their feet there and their head there, some people like feet together, some like feet apart, some like head up some like head down, some situations is better with heads up (the break) and some with heads down but for a beginner to use as a guideline this is perfect :)
