This is going from Special, Special 2, Trois and Etoile, which follow the OVAs and the series Koi Suru Tenshi Angelique ~Kokoro no Mezameru Toki~ and Koi Suru Tenshi Angelique ~Kagayaki no Ashita~.

It's Angelique, from the Neoromance otome game. There are four OVAs and two TV series for it. The clips I used however are from the cutscenes and endings of some of the Angelique games.

The song is from the series Negima, this is the version from the final episode of the series.
(However, one of the seiyuu is Angelique Limoges' seiyuu Shiratori Yuri)
