Okay, I probably should be doing my science project, but I got so caught up listening to you play! Ohhh...such a pretty sound. I've been thinking about taking up the violin. I play the guuitar some, but I'd rather play the violin. Do you think it would be easier learning the violin since I already play a string instrument? @TheLentiLP My violin was about 700 dollars. I personally agree with you that you REALLY don't need a 10,000 dollar violin unless you are suddenly going to become very serious and make a professional living off of playing music. I'm not, so therefore I don't ever see myself getting something that expensive.

If you want to buy your FIRST violin, you can get a very decent one for somewhere around 300 dollars. If you spend any more right away you may soon regret it. :x
