@keshaz12 gtx 560 was getting constant fps because of VSNYC. it limits fps to 60 and divides total fps by 2. Otherwise, if u turned off vsync on gtx 560, it would get like few thousands in half life 2.

105oC,. I'm constantly monitoring my Temp frequency while in gameplay. once reach 105oC + it will terminate your PC till it cools down,. so you have to quit the game

Hi Guys,

I bought two brand new! of these (EVGA 9800 GX2). I used them as quad SLi. After 4 months one of them boroke while I was browsing taking another half with it. So a was left with 1 out of 4.

I contacted EVGA they said my S/N end in -RX which come with a 90! day warranty so it has expired. But since I bought it on an auction site (e-bay) the original warranty stayed with the buyer so no warranty would have applied at all anyway.

800 pounds out the window.

Stream processor count, memory type, architecture, Memory bandwidth, texture fill rate. And possibly i'm missing something, whatever. Those count

Uh, that's pretty much our choice. No one really has information on the 300 series cards, and Nvidia has only displayed demos of the capabilities of their new prototype. Best bet would just be to wait it out if you want.

No

The max res on hdmi is 1920x1080 whereas dvi goes up to 2560x1600. Quality settings in games in this case is pretty much irrelevant, it's basically about the supported resolutions of the interface. The big deal of having hdmi on board is so you can output directly to your tv without having to get additional adapters or find a tv that has a dvi port.

1 hd display is used when possible (ur screen has to be able to handle it and the video/game ur playing)

2 the 9400gt 1gb ddr2 should be a lot slower than the 9800gt 2x (becouse i got an 9600m gt which is equal to a 9500gt and the 9800 gt is 2 3 times faster than the 9500gt)

hope that answheres you question if not google the gpu's and look for the number of streaming procs and the clocks
