@scatcat1994 Whole point of TKO. The fighters are trained to recover, and if recovered can get straight back into the fight. Technical knock out is to make the sure the other fighter doesn't recover, hence they attack whilst semi conscious. The referee halts the fight when he seems fit that the other fighter has no way of regaining himself.
