I noticed a bit of lagging on the right. Whether this was due to your computer or the wiring I don't know. Though a solution could be to create a second wire moving from the button under the slide (out of sight) to activate the rest that would have activated slower otherwise. It would basically involve moving some of the wiring around so the new starter wiring fits (though it could be done from the far right). Otherwise awesome.

Yes, but that's why I focus on text and numbers, which it is ideal for. Technically, you can build the same thing but sideways, allowing it to be as tall as you want but limiting your width.

It depends on how large you make it. I've done the extreme here (1500 pistons) but a number display would be MUCH smaller.

It's large, yes, but it's impossible to make a 1500 piston display small when it's storing 16 images. The simplicity is in using normal pistons against glass for the screen, and in using a slide system rather than bloated, slow, complicated redstone computers.

The pixels won't be darkened, but the pistons are still extended so it's readable. Now I have 400 new subs and counting. This is crazy @_@ Thanks for the sub!

The bug applies to the screen, yes, but the slides and switcher are in no way bug dependent. They allow this screen to be the fastest yet most compact one out there so I would hope that brand new way to signal displays counts for something.

i made a Computer that cans tore data on Minecraft it works like this you choose a file and it will open a "Box" this box is full of turned off redstone you then start writing in binary a text then you click save this will freeze the redstone and keep it in this "Box" and when you want to use this text the box will remove it and send the signals to the screen problem is i have no screen so far but thanks to this i can probably make
