The Arroyo administration DOES NOT GET IT: Apparent President-elect Noynoy Aquino has the CLEAR MANDATE OF THE FILIPINO PEOPLE AND IS ALREADY BEING RECOGNIZED BY FOREIGN LEADERS AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY AS THE TRUE WINNER in the May 10 election. Any attempt by the outgoing administration to delay President Noynoy Aquino's proclamation as the Philippines 15th president would only make them look DESPERATE AND REAL LOSERS.
