And mostly, when we'd get out of the South, we'd be in places too chic for mass-market Euro music, or too backward (the family ranch in West Texas) for it to ever penetrate. And I only listened to the radio, when in LA, and not those stations. But like I said, I did hear it in a few glitzy gyms, back in the early nineties...and maybe an airport or two, after that. Beside the catchy song, a very nice pictorial display: Vargas girls and/or similar + variations. Some nice female-friendly advice.
