Dont know where you heard that it confuses the motor but, it really doesnt at all. Its just not naturally aspirated anymore. The Vtec motors run so much better with a good turbo system on them.

Look at CFT's Red EG6, It runs 9.35 at 163mph and it pushes near 900whp. Thats one built as B18c1. I would love to have that car in my garage. I know you cant hear the vtec pop on a turboed vtec but still you know when it does because you can feel it put you in your seat.
