this is only 4", it doesent matter how hight the shell goes up 70' aint much of a difference, the shell is breaking in the air! that shock is going to travel to your ears the same way a 3" would, its called a transverse wave, that shock is not losing any energy from the break to you.

Even Class C fireworks are banned in PA and the Salute 3" i have are Class B. If you are not in a state where you can buy at wholesale legally you can expect about a 300-400% markup. I don't know if you have ever bought fireworks before but every year i buy $600-$800 of Class C and B fireworks which are totally illegal here but 800 retail is probally $1200-1500 wholesale. The Salutes are worth every penny but i wouldn't buy any bigger than 3 inch but even 2" puts off a hell of bang!!

I just bought 12 of them off my buddy they are 3 inch. He bought them in Indiana i paid 60 bucks for 12 of them but they are worth every penny
