Only when people stopped explaining everything with god/ghosts/faeries and actually explained it. Since then we made more progress than all of the progress combined! before!! In contrast to almost all Islamic theocracies, that have violations of basic human rights in there constitutions!! they have high crime rates(rape), intolerance, poverty, health problems.
