  • Wonderful mountain. Did it 25 years ago and never forgot it. One of the best mountain days I've had. Always regretted not doing the eastern summit scramble so I have an excuse to go back now!

  • I went up there during the summer, except from the inverkirkaig route (I stopped off to see the inverkirkaig falls). I too was puzzled by the randomly placed wall

  • Apparently it was built by locals employed by the then landlord during hard economic times - similar to the "destitution roads".
