It is the parent's responsability to raise a child with morals and values and guide them along the path to adulthood but if I was a parent I would simply say to my kid when he was old enough. I believe this and this is why I believe this. I can't make you do anything you don't want to do all I can do is offer advice. I don't agree with shoving things down anyone's throat although that is not to say I would not invite an atheist to church. Invitations and imposition are very different.

If you dont see the difference then maybe you need to get another set of mindset. Again, why do you need a god?
