memories... victorian style homes/neigborhoods. lived in one myself on Lincoln Ave over 20 years ago... a couple blocks down from "Lou's"(aka 'Louie's') corner store.

You drove south on grand. Grand Street victorians are nice but if you drove west a few block over to the victorian mansions of the Gold Coast you would see some real charmers. Some of the most beautiful homes on the west coast are on the gold coast district of Alameda.
