  • Havent listened to this in years.

    Still sounds pretty good.

  • oops...I meant 1994

  • Scott Albert wrote and played all the instument and dubs,etc...WOW I have this on tape,I got it in 1993 just because the way the cover looked, man, was I glad I got it.

  • Just take this as music..whether it was ministry or not, it's music. And music is music. That makes music...well..makes it music. Enjoy.

  • They sampled ren and stimpy how cheesy! Christian metal and this were pretty much imitators of other famous bands that are not christians

  • @junkyturd

He were signed on a label known to release mostly Christian stuff.

But Circle of Dust was never a Christian band now was it?

    Klayton himself said so.

And the first C.o.D albums are all good and is just as good as other releases in the genre from that period.

And Ren & Stimpy they were awesome back in those days :-)

  • Back in the day when I was a christian I used to listen to COD, Now as an atheist I realize how little COD had to do with christian music.

  • Just about died laughing when I heard the Ren & Stimpy bits...*finally manages to stop laughing* aha *continues to die laughing*...xDDD Awesome

  • 3 people like the Newsboys

  • Gotta a real thrash and industrial sound sounds decent though

  • Does anyone know what instrument(s) Klayton plays in this band?

  • @TravisLee92 He mainly played on guitar and vocals, but helped out with the other instruments as well.

  • Dude! I have the original CD......I'll rip it for you when I get the chance.

  • If I was a boss in dead rising, this would be my song.

  • ANCIENT OLD...BUT I STILL LOVE IT.....MY WILDER DAYS....

  • Holly shit! It's fucking good! I'm a fan of Celldweller but till yesterday i didn't know for this band.

(I'm not Amerikan or English, so sorry for my grammar)

  • I have the remixed version on My IRiver...love Klay's sounds!

    Thanks again for Posting!

  • "A car pull up and he was like"

    "How many shots were fired"

"He shot, the guy shot, and I ran over here,,,"

    "That's not gonna flush"

I must have a different version of this, like this one less.

  • i love the way the guitars play

  • We need more Christian music like this. Klayton, where the heck are you these days?

  • Klayton is working on chapter 02 of Wish upon a blackstar, with his new project Celldweller

  • This is good stuff, isn't it? Thanks for the information. It's good to see he's still working.

  • Eh, yeah. Go look up Celldweller. Then go look up Blue Stahli.

  • Hiding. He had some bad experiences.

Some of his stuff just wasn't well accepted by the Christian genre. He was just too hardcore/radical for some people. He even tried putting Argyle Park back together, via AP2. They didn't last long.......

  • I haven't heard this song in around 15 years. Still great.

  • mee too argyle park anyone?

  • Is this the Original Beginning? I remember a different Start~ This whole Album Rocks!

  • Rios, this was the original release of this album. sometime within a year after this album was released,Scott Albert remixed it under the name Brainchild and the album name was Mindwarp. the song list were the same but he changed the lyrics slightly and the arrangement was different. I think the actual Music video for this song was a little different too if i recall.

  • I heard an album a long time ago and I dont know the name but I remember the first song on the album sounded just like this. Can somebody help me find it!? It has alot of sampled voices just like this and it has addictive guitars and it rocks hard with a steady drum beat and blast JUST like this song! Ive never heard anything like that song until I heard this...please someone help me. Thanks(Im thinking Klayton must be the producer of that song...it had real vocals too)

  • i don´t know....

  • jamlimited...a Ministry CD maybe?

  • Yeah I found out the song...a bad song(lyrically vulgar that is) by you guessed it...Ministry. You have sharp knowledge to have figured that out...it was a pain in the neck seeking it out but I found it after meditating in my thoughts about the lyrics I could make out until I remembered the chant "Thieves and Liars!!!!"

  • @jamlimited3 it might be the Metamorphosis remix album by Circle of Dust, Living Sacrifice and Brainchild. The remix to the song in this video is the first track on that album. maybe if you send me a PM i can point a download out to you

  • @TimSauceMN Oh...no, I had already found it see. yeah it was "Thieves and Liars" by Ministry. The song is awesome but some of the samples upset me(so I bleeped out some of the curse words using FL studio). Yep...thanks for offering your help though.

  • @jamlimited3 Maybe KLANK he sounds like this

  • @betterbutterstutter "Thieves and Liars" by Ministry

  • @jamlimited3 check on Chatterbox, x-propagation, argyle park, mortal, klank...

  • I remember during my teenage Christian days that Circle of Dust was one of the first Christian "alternative" bands I was ever exposed to. ("Alternative" being something beyond Micheal W. Smith or Amy Grant.) I first heard this song way back in about 1993, and it completely blew me away. To this very day Circle of Dust remains one of my all-time favorite bands, period.

  • great music for deluded jesus freaks

  • There's some soundtrack from Ren & stimpy show's episode Space madness (or what was it) ...

'' Don't make me use this, one step closer i'm warning ya!!'' '' Now you've done it!!!''

  • First time I listening to them. One word: IMPRESSIVE!!!

  • good tune, this and demoaralize..

  • this is my favorite song from these guys, awesome song and band, thnx for it

  • its to bad i only found out about this band a few months ago...there really awersome...i discovered a band that no longer exists...it sucks

  • It doesn't suck be thankful they existed at all, look on the brightside of life. >:(

  • lol what can i say...im a pessanist lol.

  • Klayton is still making music just as good as this. Look up Celldweller.

  • These guys have always rocked and could blow away any mainstream band. I had a geo metro w/ a killer stereo system, and I used to crank these guys. I even made a sweet mix w/ this song and an Ice T song.

  • Thanks for posting. These guys just plain ROCK!! I blast my speakers in my truck to these guys! Circle of Dust just rocks when you bass it up and turn it UP!!!!! Again, thanks for posting.

  • ive been listening 2 the dust since the early 90's.... they deserved more recognition....definitly.... ive spread the dust to as many as i can...... Peace out!!!

  • I like the Original Version Better. The version that is on Mindwarp. I have been looking for a long time for the Music Video for Deviate. I recorded it off Z-Music years ago, but now it is hardly watchable. You know VHS tapes degrade and get oold. So if anyone has that video is good quality...Oh, anyone remember Z-Music? Z-Music it's whats up...

  • Was Mindwarp the one with "Nothing Sacred"?

  • Nothing Sacred is on the "Circle of dust 1995 Re-release and on the 1992 Self titeld Album

  • Just got 'em both from ebay, thanks!!!
