His fights are excellent reference material for self defence purposes, a situation where you don't want to be tied up in a clinch, taken down or fight from the ground.

i know the band is Atreyu for sure
pretty sure the song is A Vampire's Lament.
Atreyu is an totaly awsome band, their newest CD is depressing tho, they are getting more mainstream and lame.
A Vampire's Lament aint my favorite but its sweet, check out Bleeding Mascarra and Demonology of Heartache, 2 of my favorites from them :) by their CD's if you like em. support the band!!

fedor is very good, i myself think he is the best Light Heavyweight in MMA. but it dose not mean you need to be ignorant towards chuck liddell's abilities.. i'd actuly would like to see chuck vs fedor alot, chucks got insane takedown defense and he is better then fedor on his feet.

Liddell is a very skilled antigrappler; expert at breaking out of the clinch, very difficult to take down and very good at getting back on his feet. His fights are excellent reference material for self defence purposes, a situation where you don't want to be tied up in a clinch, taken down or fight from the ground.
