I bought mine six months ago. The vehicle is great and I get lots of stares. People wonder what it is. Even the FJ Cruiser folks get curious and start asking questions! The seats are a bit hard on the lower back, so I purchased a cushion to raise the butt just a little which really helps. Don't plan on doing any off road... I just bought the truck because it was so unusual and different than most other vehicles on the road. I haven't been dissapointed in the handling... sucks up the fuel!

@nateriesen Thanks for the response Nate. I would be amazed if it has one. If it does, then I'm positive I got ripped off. What I have discovered is that the skid plates didn't bolt up with the new motor for '10 so they just left it in the corner of the factory.

@itisichief131 The radiator is HIGHLY vulnerable in this vehicle, the blocks on the front bumper are hollow and plastic. Just stupid. This vehicle has various flaws and my dealer has left me flat on my face with no help to resolve them. Shoulda bought a Hummer.....

@itisichief131 PS- You can call Rahal Toyota in Mechanicsburg Pa and thank them. I surf this web every night looking for people to talk out of buying an FJ, and I will continue to do so for a looooong time, because of the shit they took on me.

@nateriesen LOL are you seriously answering a post from 9 months ago? Listen dude, if it has a skid plate you found one and put it on there. We both know in 2010 Toyota replaced the motor in the FJ and the factory skid would not bolt up, so they left it in the corner of the factory. Bottom line, FJ is cool but it is NOT ready for the trail.

I guess JEEP has been made to be the STANDARD and everything else tries to match it or tries to be like a JEEP. I just wished people would not compare their vehicles to JEEP. I wish every one would compare their vehicles to FJ CRUISERS.
