@eyoniel just use AES(Airport Enchanted Service) it has ground crews people taxi car to teleport to the terminal fuel car,ladder vehicle,food truck,etc

This is for flight simulator 2004 you also need to get Japanese airports vol.7 produced by Overland. for the airport itself.

Then you get other add on which is on this video for the cars ramp workers etc etc which is called URAKAWA - APT GROUND VEHICLES - CHUBU CENTRAIR.
