Oh yes, God is responsible...people think there are two powers - no: THERE IS ONLY GOD! Anything and everything that happens has to go through Him...read the book of Job. The Word says of God: I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal (Deut. 32:39). Any disagreement...better take it up with Him.

God is not responsible for any accidents like that or death or disease. God is love and life.. don't forget that evil is behind of every good man standing to steal your soul and faith in GOD. That is why praise lord even when something bad happens. The real reward of being faithfull to our FATHER doen not lay here on earth.
