its simple,build a factory close to the suppliers,why can u think and then set places for collections everymorning.This will boost the living in those arid areas hence improvement in life style and other amenities like schools etc....
@tyty1794 when there is a problem we always look at the government for help instead of looking at it as an oppoturnity. This entrepreneur has shown that it can be done and this model can be replicated elsewhere through cooperatives or individual investors.

@jug: first boost milk supply and a pipeline will be feasible. For 260/= a litre oil costs less yet it is piped from Msa to Eld...or process the milk on the spot.
