Obama wasn't nervous. Judge Roberts recited the oath in the wrong order. It is in the U.S. Constitution and is a specific oath. Obama was trying to decide whether to say it incorrectly like Roberts or wait until Roberts corrected himself. Roberts finally did correct himself.
