  • two major problems for this guy,

1, the moment is not the whole body moment.

2, the explode of power is too early.

for a beginner, it is ok. but it is far from correct!

  • To Yentownbeer--You must be a Japanese friend. Your teacher's family name should be 李 (Li)。 Your Kanji typing is wrong.

  • 老趙,你都要死了,還學什麼六點半?

  • You obviously do not care to be taken seriously with a handle or name like

"bigfatdick5000", nothing personal, but, if a man wants to be respected, it would start with his name...as far as your question, true "fachin" is explosive and can cause an opponents origin's to explode causing death, it could explain the phenomena related to in history called Dimak, or death touch, just guessing...

"Fachin" could look powerful and and be "empty" or, really hurt someone, many learn, few master this...

  • 發勁時,身要定中,他的身體往後了,如被人一推便倒下了

  • 太钢了,都上头了。最后要放出去,这个都捏死了。劲都又回到自己身上了

  • It resembles-to me- some Okinawan exercises

  • @theimparables1

Okinawan exercises resemble them. Remember the4 original name tode, or china hand.

  • Now That' s True Fajing!!!

  • ok so, this precedes shin yi?

  • Email me your phone number I will call your to discuss with you.

As long as Taiji practioners are willing to learn there is a way if their ego is too high to ask others.

Remember, good master, true friends will help you great deal of any knowlege.

There are lots of guys who is lack to understadning of culture but only able to response "you do not know Chen Taiji" to comments is never able to see the art of Taiji.

  • The explosive power "Faichin" cannot be forced out externally, it comes with the timing, shifting of the body, causing the body's fluids, water, to create a sort of tidal wave and directed by the practitioners movements. For your own safety, you must lock your neck, head and shoulders, otherwise, the jerking of the head will send shock waves to your bran!!! This practitioner is executing incorrect form. I hope he considers this comment, in order to correct himself. Steven NYC WuTang.

  • @says007

Hi there, you seemed to be know alot on "Fajing", I have got a question I would like to ask you, in regards to the power generation within these "Fajings", what is the most ferocious part within it, is it the "shocks" generated by the tidal waves ? are these shocks generated by the release of body tidal wave tensions as powerful as let's say a boxer who throws a direct external punch on a person, who's more powerful ? I 'm just unsure about how powerful these Fajing's actually are.

  • @bigfatdick5000

Search "Impact Vs Momentum", explained Glen Levy. Although the vid does not entirely explain what Fajing is, it does explain the concept well.

Fajing shouldn't be thought as something "external", like a boxer's punch, but rather it should be thought of having a relationship with the internal side of the body.

  • Any martial art takes a toll, I do Aikido & Yang Tai Chi and my knees talk to me all the time.

  • @WildWhiteDignity In Aikido, it's my kokyu that always talks to me ^^

  • you are loosing energy through your neck, and creating potential for damage (been there done that)

  • Dear Taiji demonstrator,

Let me help you if you would like to.

You are using external power, not Taiji Nei Jing.

    Email me.

  • Send him a video of your technique 1st

  • looks like your butt muscles are tight. the explosiveness is not beginning from a sunken stance. instead you seem to raise out of your groin and push your hips forward, and then explode from the chest instead of using waist, groin and chest force together.

  • Very nice. Any truth to the notion that practising this way regularly can damage your joints?

  • it probably could, just as any quick explosive movement in external wushu can. the only difference is the setup for the form should warm up your joints...so I would think the effect is much less drastic.
