  • the guy at 3:15 is a beast for doing dips with that body

  • How long until Jay comes out with his own supplement line?

  • ive seen bigger arms on a clock;)

  • dam Jay your the smartest bodybuilder out there marketing and training

  • @ 4:30 - another great way to add more stretch on this movement is to dip your hips towards the ground as you lower the dumbell behind your head, this will stretch the chest out more at the bottom of the movement, then continue into the contraction as JC does.

  • one dislike = dennis wolf lol!!!

  • wolf next mr.olympia.

  • i don't get how the dumbell pullover is a chest exercise and not a lat movement?

  • Dragonball z is real, and Goku is Jay

  • im surprised people like jay workout in public gyms, i thought they would want to be alone

  • Jay is no longer human, he's a god.

  • Flat dumbbell press allows you a longer range of motion activating more muscle fibers. Barbell flat limits the range of motion because the barbell will touch your chest but your able to add more weight.

  • can someone tell me what is the diff between flat dumbellbench press and flat barbell bench press

  • @sk1ller11 its much harder on triceps, you need some more strength in your shoulders to keep the Dumbells equal.

  • @sk1ller11 also flat barbell is a mass builder to the chest. flat db is more shaping

  • 3:07 look at that guy in the white tank top. What a mess! Cover up bro!

  • i noticed jay allways goes higher on his left side

  • Phil Heath is probably his biggest comp right now. But i think Jay will win his 5th this year.

  • this guy is the man

  • Lol he took those 110s dumbbells like nothing

  • Ronnie Coleman dislike lol

  • I think this is what BBing should be about at the top level. Don't just lift weight for the camera. That's kinda boring. All of us want to here why you are doing what you're doing --- advice is awesome.

  • I was in vegas during this time! june 15 till the 21 stayed at TI for vacation. I would have stopped by on this day at golds on lakemead if I knew u would be there :(

    congrats on ur 4th title

  • pressing 110s..........good to see PROS not lifting heavy all the time. IN MY OPINION, you dont need too lift crazy heavy weights too get BIG. Use a weight where u use good form and actually feel the muscles working.

  • @RedandWhite84 I agree 100 percent with that. I dont go crazy heavy I can put more stress on my muscle with very strict form.

  • @RedandWhite84 Exactly right.......Ego=heavy lifts=detached tendons

  • I really wish Jay would explain this much in all of his CutlerTv vids

  • 0 dislikes.. that's what I'm talking about.

  • "i coulda kept goin with that''

  • @AI3lackGuy hahahahah i laughed at that part

  • I WAS IN VEGAS AT THAT TIME June 14-21 2010, all the way from Toronto. I wished I could have known what gym jay was at so I could have met him!

  • Hahaha I was thinking the same thing about that dudes dips in the background...weeak

  • @theSocialEqualizer It's always fun to see a massive muscle beast training and small, skinny dudes in the background. There's a vid of Dennis James training in a gym, and a dude in the background stares and drops his jaw when he sees the massive size and power of DJ......it's funny as hell.

  • ronnie is a joke jay cutler is the man

  • Duuude Jay Cutler!! You are AWESOME!!!! What you do is awesome. Hey can you give a shout out to Chris Woods!?!?!?! haha :)

  • kai gonna take the o this year.

  • He's not that big..

  • weak ass dips @ 3:29

  • 6:07 wow those arent calves, there cows

  • On the popular comments (above) someone mentions that Jay is "Good looking". Years ago Jay had a good look, but not now. He has destroyed his face with GH; his jaw and head are huge. I've seen him at 320lbs off season and his skull - even at that weight - is massive. I know Jay says on one of his DVD's that he's good looking and has the right image for bodybuilding etc, but I feel he's slightly deluded and self consumed, as are most bodybuilders at any level. Its a shame he's damaged himself.

  • his arms are so big it doesnt look like hes moving them o_O

  • I guess he uses at least 3 protein shakes a day..

  • i wanna get huge like jay! i hope haha!

  • omg... none of the pple missed the button :D

  • Comment removed

  • First I would like to say that jay cutler is the man. Next I want to say that he will place second to Ronnie coleman next month. Ronnie is going to be mr o for 2010 and as long as he can say light weight he will dominate.

  • I don't see Jay Cutler winning 5 more titles?

  • robotic form ....sickness

  • @stevenpaddybwoy wat do u mean by robotic form..??

  • @BodybuilderTP his form is so perfect its like hes a robot ,a joy to watch

  • ronnie coleman is a participant for the 2010 olympia im going so i think id know so shut up i saw him in june and hes coming along great you have no clue what your talking about !

  • @ thehomevintner...Kai Greene gon give Jay a run for his fuckin money and def has a chance to win if he can avoid injury!!

  • fukin nice gym, solid wood doors in the locker room haha

  • No one on the card can take this guy. He's a shoe-in for Olympia for a good five more years. You fools talking about Ronnie Coleman should wake up. First off, Ronnie is not a participant for 2010. He's had his run and it's over. Deal. The only comp Jay has is Dexter Jackson, but anyone looking at the latest pics of these two freaks can see the mass on Cutler has no equal. And he's everything the Joe Weider company wants in a Mr Olympia. Smart, good looking and a company man.

  • @thehomevintner I disagree about that Dex is the only competition, you have to throw guys in the mix like Kai and Phil obviously....that being said you're right that he's a shoe-in I believe. All he has to do is bring in condition like 2009 and its his....and he's found the formula now obviously.

  • @thehomevintner what do you think about kai greene? you dont think he has a good shot? i mean ronnie is definitely not gonna make it. i dont know what he's thinking coming back. but kai def has a good shot

  • @thehomevintner all very valid points but what about Kai in terms of mass? Victor Martinez in terms of mass and symmetry? or Phil Heath in terms of mass and conditioning? If Jay turns up like he did last year he will win again but I think the competition is alot closer then you think

  • @thehomevintner I was in vegas 4 the show n let me tell u Jay just got by Phil Heath who was better conditioned then jay,jay had about 20 pounds on him in order 4 jay 2 win next year he needs 2 come in like he did in 09, i hope he does cuz he has always been my idol of bodybuilding, looking forward to next year..

  • @thehomevintner.

Branch is his number 1 competition...

5 years? That's honestly very, very doubtful, he is 37 for gods sakes, he will not go for 5 years. xD

None the less, your right and he is absolute best on stage atm.

  • @orks2 um lol u do know that bodybuilders peak at their 40s right?

  • @SmexyPC,

Peaking would be a strong word, maybe it used to be like that, now that youngsters turn pro at the age of 20, they reach the peak a lot faster, none the less i still dont think Jay will last as olympia for a long time, i dont think he has the motivation to do that, it feels that he has acompleshed all he wants, going past the time barrier is just unnecesary.

  • @thehomevintner Mr. Olympia went from physique to mass an that is why people like you disgust me.

  • @thehomevintner i say victor martinez and phill heath will give him a run for his money within the next 5 years.. possibly kai greene too if he gets his shit together.. branch is also right up with these guys.. in my opinion.. dexter jackson is on his way out of bodybuilding already

  • @thehomevintner what about phil heath? that dude has potential to win olympia this year, he is more cut and has better proportions, and is a very cool guy

  • @sensall100 in my book Phil was mr olympia 2010

  • @thehomevintner in my book Phil was mr olympia 2010

  • @thehomevintner Kai Greene could beat him if he's on. He's the only other bodybuilder today with comparable mass. And his back is easily better than Jay's, which always counts for a lot at the Olympia

  • @bonzihunter his back doesnt have as much detail as jay's though. you can see the striations and vascularity on jays back. and his lower back is better than kai's, better christmas tree. the person who can beat jay is phil heath

  • Jay RULES!!!!!!!

  • omg hes so huge, i wonder if he uses the "shake weight" at home?! :)

  • @ElKozal hahaha

  • @ElKozal he has one big ass shake weight..that didn't come out right

  • Jay keep it up man, your a great inspiration for any up future bodybuilders (hopefully myself). Your vids are great! We are all lucky enough to see how mr.O does it. I'll be cheering for you this sept.

  • If I punch this guy anywhere... my hand will break.

  • branch? yeah right! branch has been gettin beat left and right by phil and kai, last year branch got second by default, phil was sick and it was kai's first ever appearance. If jay wants to win this year he will be standing next to phil and kai on the last call out believe that

  • Best bodybuilder ever

  • asta da tembel ipocrit

  • So great !!

  • Jay is looks like hes bigger then hes ever been in this video. He'll prolly win Mr. Olympia again.

  • love all the shit people say about this guy yet are say watching his videos, I think he and all Olympia competitors are awesome, and to those that mentioned it how do you knwo his hair line is reseding? My bros hair is like that and has been his whole life since he was a kid. Different people have different hair lines.

My personal fave ever though has to be dorian he was phenomenal and teh best in british history

  • I don't get it. What is so motivational and special about this video and his training? It's looks pretty typical to me. The fact of the matter is, you wouldn't look twice at this if it was some average schmoe.

  • look how thick his arms are compared to his legs. hes losing his overall impressive balance. just to keep up with the other guys upper body size - he has to let his legs go . sad. hell never beat kai green with smaller legs. his calves used to be much bigger. hes done.

  • Jay if you read this, you need to get into the movie business. Seriously! I can see you as the new Terminator or you should have been Zeus instead of Liam Neeson in Clash of the Titans!

  • When I get unmotivated to go to the gym, I watch Jay work out for about 5 min, and thats all the motivation I need.

  • With the way Jay has been dressing this year, he actually looks like a normal dude, like just a big guy working out at the gym, like an athlete. Which is cool as shit. Does anyone notice at the starting of the video, when Jay is picking up the dumbells for the flat dumbell press starting at about 1:57, his arms are looking huge! He said he was trying to get them up.

  • Howcome in Jay's new video 'UNDISPUTED', he doesn't talk a lot, at least not as much as he does in these videos he put up on Youtube. If he recorded a training video like this it would sell big time. I guess it's because he feels more comfortable with a friend recording.

  • It's more impressive to watch a massively huge bodybuilder work out than pose on stage. Why? Because you see how friggin' strong he is. Ya' gotta respect the power, the size, the brute strength.

  • Its funny how people talk shit on Jay yet he's Mr. O... He is a great champion. Good luck Jay.

  • This is going to be a great Mr O competition... I hope Jay comes back looking the way he did last year and with the same fire in him. He's going to need it because there are some big boys waiting for him on the stage too.

  • dumbell pullovers

  • liking the jaycutler shirt "tapout" style!!! go get em jay=mr O 2010!!!!

  • @Studio110ful He is going to compete in the sept. 2010?

  • @MLBYERZ Thats what the BiG Man said!!! Nuttin but a Peanut!!! Yeah Buddy!!!

  • @Studio110ful hope he reconsider,he does not have nothing to prove anymore...he will be lucky if he make it in the top 10 !! ...ronnie..please,dont come back..you dont have nothing to prove,besides..your old !!..you already have a place in bb history..hear me?..dont come back !!

  • @steroidsR4loserswife I hope he wins, Ronnie is still able to do the job! Age is not a factor!! Anyways what does old have to do with it? You shouldent think of age as a barrier!!! Come back!!!....Yeah Buddy!!! Thanks for the coment! :^)*...

  • @Studio110ful I don't think that Ronnie's age is holding him back, yet. I think the biggest obstacle Ronnie has to overcome this year is coming out of retirement. It'll be interesting to see how Ronnie performs at the Olympia this year. However, I think Jay's biggest competition will have to be Branch. He shocked everyone last year after placing 2nd to Jay.

Nonetheless, it's time for the Cutler Era at the Olympia.

  • @Studio110ful

    Light weight ?!?!? :)

  • @Studio110ful let him come jay is untouchble ok

  • Do you ever see anyone with an admirable physique do decline presses? No. there is a reason for that.

  • @likkledee3 the reason these pros dont do decline anymore is because they did them for years and now the chest part is kinda done and stays meaning it no longer needs working, anyone new to body building i advise you to use decline, they are a great lower chest builder and bring out the seperation well!!

  • @warriorsleftnut Lol, yes. Since an exercise is indicative of muscle separation. Retard, that's all about conditioning, ie: sodium manipulation, and b.f. levels. Moreover, your chest muscle's insertion points are genetic. Therefore, it is only out jobs to bring it to its full potential, whatever compound movement you use. Jakes on you, phaggot

  • @likkledee3 so youre saying decline chest press doesnt build up the lower pecs?-i have a 55 inch chest that disagrees with you!!-retard

  • @warriorsleftnut Lol, nice one, phag. Most pro bodybuilders, do not have a chest that big. But then again, you are probably the average youtube - 69% bf, never been to a gym, typical critic.

  • @likkledee3 lol most pros chest off season are way bigger!! whats with spelling fag with a ph? oh i get it youre "trying" to be "cool" as for my gym time, ive been working out and competing in ameteur bb shows for over 11 years im also a personnal trainer but im done with trying to commmunicate with a guy who just says phag to anyone whos smarter than he is-YOU FAIL

  • @warriorsleftnut Yes, you're smarter than me. *ameteur WrONG, personnel *WRONG, lol. You cannot even use commas properly. Let's see some pics? I'm 100% sure you look like fat bastard, queer.

  • @likkledee3 oh no i spelt some words wrong heaven forefend!!! you are clearly a homophobic little boy-FAIL AGAIN

  • @warriorsleftnut dude likkledee3 is right back your shit up with some proof. If you are what you say you are...

  • what;'s the third exercise?

  • Comment removed

  • one of the best chests in bodybuilding

  • jay needs to invest in a mic, its hard to hear him with all the back ground noise, still i think its awesome of him to video his workouts for us

  • Dennis and Jay Number 1

  • this is the bst bodybuilder ever !!!

  • fucking tool

  • SFT-7 is the shit ! :D

  • Jay Keep doing what your doing. Its working and i think its great that you post videos of your workouts!! so i just want to say thanks. I also would like to say you are 3 X mr. O so i wouldnt listen to any negitive feed you get.

  • jay's the best

  • He has a receding hairline not pretty ...is that from the roid usage

  • @niveaskin1 does it really matter if you got millions ?,

and your the best bodybuilder in the world ?

and still have haters like yourself watching his dvd's?

Hair or no hair, steroids or no steroids...

    he wins...

    you dont.

  • @adamsmith85 trust me from a womens point of view a balding head and small situation is not attrative

  • think if Jay could be in a action movie? :D

dolph lundgren is too old and i think that Jay can take over! :P

and if you dont know who dolph is .. he was the russian guy in rocky 4 ..

  • @audiforumblog lol, have u ever heard jay talk, the guys got no personality

  • @johnplayer23 hm, i dont know what you are talking about .. if you dont like his training and personality why watch?

  • @audiforumblog don't get me wrong, i don't want to come across as a hater, jays body is insane and i don't have a problem with his personality, just saying hes not the most colorful guy in the world, hes so monotone when he talks, he sounds like hes always bored or something

  • @johnplayer23 okay, i understand. i really think that he is bored, i mean .. training isnt everything :P

  • @johnplayer23 and by the way, i think that jay is cool because i once sent him an email, and you know what? he wrote back!

my question was : is half-reps good ?

jays answer : it depends on your genetics

i said more but i dont remember much of it.

  • @audiforumblog i'm sure he is cool, some of my responses may have been a bit harsh, just not my favorite bber, but still probly the best bber competing today

  • @johnplayer23 ok :)

i got to admit, colemans videos are alot more hardcore .. but i have watched every single one of them and i want to find a new favourite bb'er so it had to be Jay :D

  • always the same exercise and weight... =S

  • i hav body like colemen and steelmen bigger like jay

  • honestly, i'm not a fan of jays training at all. He's got amazing genetics and is definetly one of if not the best "bodybuilder" today. But in my opinion his training is gay as fuck. Smith machines and all sorts of other machines, doesn't really seem to train that hard or intensely and doesn't seem to move that much weight considering how big he is. Branch Warren and Ronnie Coleman thats hardcore training. And yeah Metroflex is a real gym, not a gay healthclub full of a bunch of pussies

  • @johnplayer23 u mad?

  • @CallofDavey nope not at all, just not the biggest fan of jays training

  • @CallofDavey i aint even mad.

  • @johnplayer23 yeah, the training is a bit boring but he just want to keep the muscle he already has. If he wanted he could do 200lbs dumbell like coleman but i think that jay dont want to get bigger.

who wants to weight 400lbs? :D

  • lmao watch at 3:08 and watch the dude with the wife beater going down a whole 2 inches on his dips, while jay is pounding out a crap tone of weight on cables haha

  • love the that calve workout

  • what is with the receding hairline.... wow could it be the roids?

  • When is Mr. Olympia 2010?

  • I got to meet him yesterday an he is freaken huge an very cool guy!

  • good luck Jay do your best !!!

  • JAY YOU ARE THE BEST, COOL AND STYLIST BODYBUILDER EVER!!!

  • Anyone who questions Jays form or criticizes his range of motion is an IDIOT! The dude is the best bodybuilder in the world, and reigning Mr. Olympia. That's like saying Peyton Manning or Drew Breez has bad form throwing the football, lol.

  • @hulkman44 this is just an explanation he makes as to how he trains in reality though what we see in the video is not the real Jay training.

Are you really so dumb to think that a mister olympia can chat deliberately and happily with a camera pointing to his face all over the gym?

IT'S OBVIOUS THAT A PRO PREPARING FOR MR OLYMPIA CAN'T BE TRAINING LIKE THAT C'MON FELLAS

  • big ass gym

  • great jay keep up the good work you look amazing

  • lol kids who think their swole at 2:35 - 2:39

  • do these guys ever do a full range of motion? If you want too become a tight ass then follow this demo

  • @dobberdoss

i was going to point out this, why do a lot of the bigger guys not go the full range of motion? is it a flexibility thing or something scientific iv missed

  • @FirEiLiE have you ever done a workout and when you feel you have reached the full range all of a sudden you feel the weights become less heavy or you feel that you arent lifting the weights they are just resting there? well sometimes it pays off not to do the full range cause you get a better contraction and you keep your muscles working, it only works for certain exercises though

  • @69sins Full range also taxes the tendon and joint structures too much especially if you haven't mastered control over the weight. Full range can burn out the muscle closest to the joint first and then the muscle belly doesn't get worked enough.

  • @jmorgan87

wouldn't an Olympic lifter have mastered "control over the weight" though?

could you give an example of what you stated occurring mate, it's interesting

  • @FirEiLiE Mastered the handling of the weight to produce aesthetic developement. Bodybuilding requires knowing how to lift the load through the positive and negative portion of the contraction. Building strength isn't the goal. Preserving the integrity of the joint is critical for continued growth so the range is reduced to target the center of the muscle to make it rounder and fuller giving the illusion of maximal size and developement.

  • @69sins

    what exercise bud?,

i don't lock out, but i do preform a full range of motion.

cant say, i feel like the weights "resting", as i dont hold pause between repetitions

dosn't going the full travel of movement equate to better contraction?

  • @FirEiLiE try this, the next time your using a barbell, go from the very top positon and travel down to where the mid position would be and back to the top and do that for a couple of reps, the goal is to keep more blood in the muscle...full range is benefial, but it adds a twist on the work out, other people use this technique because not all bodies are the same, what works for another person may not work for the next, let me know if it helped, also u can go from the bottom to mid post..

  • @69sins

yeah iv heard of people with long limbs (like my self) not going the full motion.

il give it a try cheers

  • that dude is a friggin BEAST!! Go Jay!

  • Jay is the best and a true inspiration. He seems like a great guy as well. Those of you watching a video to say negative things about Jay should really evaluate your lives. Negativity towards others will get you nowhere.

  • I luv Jay Met him a few times Saw him couple weeks ago at Bev Francis show he is a Nice Guy very Genuine see you at the O Jay. Good Luck

  • , p

  • Is his receding hairline from roids

  • @BluePittbull666 roids or not, ya still gotta push the weights.

  • @BluePittbull666 how do you know

  • I have been following bodybuilding for 25 years and Jay Cutler, in my humble opinion, is by far the most motivational, informative, and inspiring ambassador of the bodybuilding sport to date. I look to his website and or, youtube vids for personal motivation in my own training (Jay - Thank you for that!).

Lastly, to those select few, who spew nothing but negative thought...you just don't get it, and probably never will, which is truly a shame...keep up the great work Jay!

  • @jaowen479 What are you talking about? "by far the most motivational, informative, and inspiring ambassador of the bodybuilding sport to date." Ever hear of SHAWN RAY, or KAI GREENE THEY!!! are very informative and motivational. But i'm going to assume you meant "minutes" instead of the word "years".

  • @Churchboy03 That's the great thing about opinions, they're individually centered. I will give it to you, Shawn and Kai are great athletes, they just don't motivate me personally. I do however enjoy following Joel Stubbs and Victor Martinez's training as well, especially Stubbs with the size he has to work with. I only wish more pro bb's would publicly track their training, tips, results...like Cutler does. I have watched Kai Greene's training vids and they just don't get it for me...

  • @jaowen479 for 25 years ??? hes 36, so you been following him since he was 11.. and he didnt start bodybuilding till he was 18years .. what are you some kind of pedo ?

btw.. jays the best, there is not better Representative of the sport than him .
