Hey, stop fighting over here!!! critics identify evanescence as some form of gothic band.The band's official website classed their musical genre simply as 'rock'.They have nothing to do with punk! But they are not metal as well,so MrGhost6662 is right, People on utube use to compare EVERYONE WITH EVERYONE,just to get views!

PS : I dont really think that evanescence can even be compared to another band,They are clearly the best !

I'd say they're industrial rock. I never once thought of them as punk, actually. And though several people say they're metal, I disagree.

How about we classify them as an awesome band, and leave it at that? :3

Question: why are you comparing a flim and song? there is no comparing to be done as both are of differnt nature you could say. I have to say the two together look great! 5/5 for putting together two great things that work well together. About the comparision rating 1/5 as they aren't related but i'm sure you put alot of effort into this which I can appriciate and tank you for. great job although not what the title says:p
