i was standing right behind tiger when he hit this shot. i got goosebumps when he was telling it to be perfect. its truly unreal the things this man can do with the golf ball. too bad he didnt finish with a stellar back 9 on sunday. it was his tourney to win this year. destroyed the front 9 then settled for par on the back. it hurt to watch after hole 10

@waltercharliesmith Nah, see, that's exactly what makes Tiger so good. He does things that even the other pro's cannot do or imagine. He was, literally, the only guy who thought to play that shot and actually pulled it off. This is why us Tiger fans' feel that he's so close.....Oh man, I smell one hell of a run coming over the next few years...

right, thats why he was saying be perfect when it was in the air......he knows the slopes of the greens at Augusta better than anyone and he played this shot EXACTLY like he was trying to drawing it off that slope

@kshoren05 that shot was a shot that literally no other guy in the field could pull off or even see.....he was literally the only guy that thought about that shot and actually pulled it off.....unreal

@mousavsm There is an enormous slope in the middle of that green. Everyone in the field aims at it with a draw, and lets the ball drift down the slope towards the pin. Not belittling this beautifully judged shot by Tiger, but it's hardly "unreal". It's the shot everyone plays at this hole when the pin is front-left, and I've seen many players stiff it here over the years.

@MrAJR76 well that particular day, he was the ONLY guy to get underneath the hole......meaning, he was the only guy that hit a shot so precise (and with enough spin) to not only utilize the slope, but to bring the ball UNDER the hole.......
