@pedrofch I don't agree, i read a lot/watch a lot of document of Slash&Axl talking about the end of the band. I guess it's just that they weren't made to make music with each other anymore. Axl was going to something more like the trilogie of the UYI (don't cry, estranged, november rain), but Slash wanted to stay in his"rock'n'roll' way.. It's more something like this i guess

yes but Axl never quit. The other left (well Steven got fired). Why he has to quit to use the name? I understand that Guns N Roses is Izzy, Duff, Slash, and Steven too. But Axl is trying to maintain GNR alive. I love the original lineup and i dream about a reunion but the current lineup is great!! So much better than any shit of these days.

There are 3 things that made Slash quit the band.

1. That Steven and Izzy weren´t in the band anymore.

2. Axl went on stage hours after their time.

3.Axl made a contract that said that he would own Guns N´ Roses and the other guys could still play in the band but Axl was the boss. After a while they stupidly signed and Axl owned Guns n´ Roses.

@MegaEUFT They're not playing the same stuff, Buckethead is more metal to jazz fusion or even avant-garde metal. Can BH play slash's stuff ? yes he can but not with slash's feeling, can slash play BH's stuff ? nope, he can't get to the 16 notes per second. But playing fast doesn't mean playing cool stuff, for exemple slash's solo are always cool, BH's are sometimes purely technical and don't sound nice (some are really cool). BH had nothing to do with GnR and he knew it, it's not his music genre
