theres an easier way to get to the rooftop at 3:45 just jump onto the half buried dumpster and jump towards the window above it and hit X for playstation fans or A for xbox fans when you are next to it

on countdown, go in one of the buildings, there will be missiles on the wall. u can get on those by jumping on the crates. u can also get in the corner, behind the missiles.
