  • Its a terrible thing to see people still arguing over genres.

  • @metalmoshinbert75 Cleveland had their style with Integrity and Ringworm. Cro-Mags and All Out War did their thing with the NY crossover thrash/metallic hardcore or whatever you want to call it. All of them legends!

  • heavy

  • sick

  • Hardcore forever!

  • it's crazy seeing this shit now. growing up in NJ all you had was hardcore, no other shows ever. I'm straight death metal, but as a kid hardcore was the shit. All out fucking war hhaha yeah.

  • the lead singer teaches social studies at my old highschool lmao, its cool to see him in a diff setting onstage

  • To me, sound has little to do with what hardcore is. To me, it's the lifestyle, mentality and purpose lived through the music that defines hardcore. There's so many different branches of hc now, I think it's getting close to useless to classify it by sound. Just my opinion. Can you compare Earth Crisis to Trial or Bane?

  • This is the best form of metalcore. Pure brutality, no bullshit, crushing piledriver rhythms, and scorhing vocals without a hint of 'emo'. All Out War rule.

  • AOW \m/ .∙518Upstate∙. \m/

  • I love this band. Pure hardcore. Nothing more nothing less. To all the fruits and fakes that comment on this shit. FUCK ALL OF YOU! ALL OUT WAR all day every day pussies!

  • Dude their guitars sound almost exactly like the band Zao. Seriously...

  • Basketball shorts, ftw. What is this, the '90s?

  • i'm french (frog) I have see you in Saint Julien near Troyes! good mpemory

  • Great footage. Philly has some of the best crowds and always bring it hard - some of the best dancers and moshers. The church is a great place for shows. And I used to go to church there sometimes, even (before I went to a show there). Church wouldn't suck so much if more churches were like First Unitarian.

  • actual fact, in an interview the singer stated that the band wanted to mix hardcore and death metal cause they wanted to keep the nyhc influence and style but at the sametime they where heavey into the newyork death metal scene at the sametime, but yes they are hardcore just more metal than punk

  • fuck yeah the screamer is my global teacher!!!

  • @dlm9293 WHAAAAAAAAAT?????

  • ya wish all church choir's were like this

  • @AdamCole28 watch slayer goes to church

  • Yo Jimbo!! Awsome. I still have your amplifier!!!! -Rich Pipitone

  • i love listening to nerds on here argue about music. "this came from this, and this is a form of that". who cares. its good music. all out war is better than any band you will ever listen to. fuck off.

  • all out war is fucking amazing.... i love this song

  • camera needs to stop moving

  • LAME.

  • If these guys played a show back in the day i just knew there was always gonna be a fight but man are they sooo good haha. It always seemed like you had to be over 150 lbs to participate though.

  • wtf is metalcore stop watching mtv

  • 3:14 - isn't that guy the vocalist of Shattered Realm?

  • Yeah, that's definately Joe Hardcore. He also sings for a band called punishment.

  • DFrk blah blah blah, you're a moron. I fucking hate when assclowns like you wander into the comment section of a video and start trying to act like you have a fucking clue about genre. they're a hardcore band, sure they have metal elements, but all out war is a hardcore band. you, on the other hand, are an asshat.

  • @fearxtomorrow Technically speaking, AOW is Crossover Thrash. Just saying.

  • @fearxtomorrow ASSHAT.. i love it.. :'D

  • "Wait for the music" I love it Score!

  • ANOTHER GREAT HARDCORE BAND!!!BEAUTIFUL!!ALL OUT WAR RULES!!sXXXe

  • If you wanna see real hardcore come to Boston and see All Out War, your perspective on what you think is hardcore will be changed quite drastically.

  • fuck pussy ass boston philly owns

  • you've obviously never been to a hardcore show in Boston!

  • been to a hardcore show in philly? its just as intense as boston.

  • fag nu metal

  • It depends. It was "nu" to Negative Approach, and today's shit is "nu" to this. Maybe it is new compared to '70s and 80's hardcore, but it is still has very good music and lyrics and I shuold not violate them by giving a "fag nu metal". Because this is nothing like what we call "nu metal".

  • hands down the best

  • ahahahahaha okay then

  • Sorry, maybe I'm getting old, but it's not the metal I was looking for, bro...

  • This has a very strong hardcore connection to it, and hardcore comes directly from punk..and this can be felt here. Most metal fans can't stand punk so thats why you may not like it.

  • I'm suprised you have such a cool head about it. But thsi shit still fuckin sucks! :)

  • you are getting old and you should be sorry.

  • I've been old. I'll leave the light on for ya!

  • But... thrash metal IS influenced by punk too (and death, and black was born of thrash metal) ! It's stupid for a metalhead to can't stand punk.

  • Comment removed

  • Well... It depends on the bands ! Bathory was one of the first thrash metal band with Venom, and Quorthon was influenced by G.B.H (punk) and Motörhead, but wasn't a fan of heavy metal.

  • @albertgrosgean are you fuking retarded thrash metal came from hardcore punk it took the tempo and sound but just added wailing guitars

  • @secondhandscotch Oh yeah except that you're forgetting something. Hardcore punk from before the rise of thrash sounds NOTHING like thrash. But hardcore punk after the rise of thrash sounds EVERY bit like thrash. Hardcore punk sounded like a more abrasive form of punk. What thrash took was the attitude and aggression through technique most notably the attempt to downpick anything if possible. But hell no thrash didn't take the tempo modern hardcore owes more to thrash not the other way around.
