I went on this boat ride :D I saw HMS Ark Royal, beautiful ship!

INS Viraat (ex-Falklands Veteran HMS Hermes) will see the lot out , as she is still in commisssion with the Indian Navy at the age of 52 years old.

Only 1 of those aircraft carriers remain... Invincible has been taken to Turkey to be recyled and Ark Royal has now been decommisioned. Also the harriers are gone to Illustrious is now a helicopter carrier.

ark royal was under refit so that was there anyway, illustrious( my ship) is based at Portsmouth. invincible just stopped by?

All three are based at Portsmouth, although Invincible has been decommissioned

Invincible has been there since she was decomissioned, likely to be scrapped or sold.

@tommo8993, invincible has not moved in the last 5 years and never will again. she has been decommisioned and cannibalised for spairs to keep her sisters going. currently she has no propellers or engines and was struck off the naval register in september. no one is sure what will happen to her.

Portsmouth is the only true home of the Royal navy. Cant wait for the Queen Elizabeth class to arrive here. long time to wait though :(
