Most logia users train their bodies to turn into their element as a natural reaction to getting hit, but only Kizaru can react to something travelling or happening at the speed of light. Even Enel's literally lightning-fast reaction time would be far too slow to react to Kizaru at full speed

Kizaru's still got the most OP and badass fruit. 186,282 miles-per-second (671 mil. MPH) movement is hard to beat.

BB is not dangerous only cuz he has his yami yami no mi. He can fucking steal other DF powers. Now he has gura gura no mi, he can destroy islands, create tsunamis, negate other ppls DF powers and take them. He shits on Kizaru HARD (well, his DF ability, Kizaru would murder him pre-TS, post-TS I'm not too sure).

Also note that BB isn't exactly fast, but makes up for it by simply being really damn durable. If he couldn't keep up with Luffy's gear second, Kizaru can outspeed him without going at max speed.

Secondly, I thought this was going by the fruit's possibilities. Stealing another person's powers is cool and all, but if you can move as fast as light then you're untouchable.

@Baywatchteam just to clarify, having haki does not mean that your weapon would cause the exact same damage as it would to a normal person. It simply enables you to do damage in general. If he had haki, also depending on the strength of the haki, kizaru would probably cough blood and recover, but not die instantly.
