this program has false virus... when you get the YOUR ip for both xbox and your computer, you go to APR and go to the top part go to the + sign, first look for your computer's ip and on the next list, your xbox ip. after that, you go to the thing to poison and it will show up a bunch of ips if your in a party or a game. if you use net tool you can lag them out even faster with UPD Flooder.

This is what i do 4 cain . I open it up click on sniffer there should be ip afresses like "microsoft" you remove all, then click on the icon that looks like sniffer, click ok, then click on the blue cross click ok. then go down click on "apr" the should be something looking similiar to a nuke sign(poison button) click and at the bottom ip adresses should show up, if you have trouble msg and i'll try explaining more clearly. Also its important you have a transfer cable hooked from comp to router
