to yesface, and everyone else who mistook this for Hare Hare Yukai: Actually, it's IOSYS's 'Cut, Cut, Confusion', which is supposed to resemble Hare Hare Yukai, but in fact is based off of Youmu Konpaku's boss theme (Hiroari Shoots A Strange Bird ~ Till When?).

The title (and maybe the lyrics) come from one of Youmu's abilities (or was it one of her swords'?) -- to literally cut through confusion (slowing the screen down as you [assumedly] become enlightened shortly before she kicks your axe).

Yep, this is from IOSYS's third album. The song is called Cut, Cut Through Confusion which is a half parody of Hare Hare Yukai from Haruhi and half parody of Youmu's boss theme from Touhou Project Perfect Cherry Blossom. I never noticed it until I saw this video! IOSYS FTW!
