Anti-Israel sentiment doesn't make you any more anti-semitic than disgreeing with France makes you anti-Catholic or disagreeing with Pakistan makes you anti-Muslim. However, when you stop calling them is Israelis and start calling them Jews, or when you say that the Jews must pay for the actions of the Israelis, then we have a problem.

@Meirstein Good point! However, on the flip-side, it's almost impossible to criticise Israel's policies to a Jewish person without being labelled anti-Semitic or even worse called a Nazi! I genuinely believe something has gone very rotten with the State of Israel and their policies but I'm in NO WAY anti-Semitic!! I really see no solution to this problem when people with legitimate criticisms feel like they are walking on eggshells with regard to Israel.
