I really think that N.A.S.A. should invest in better camera's, even when the camera zoom's into where the lightening is occuring it's still well fuzzy !! How come they can get brilliant photo's of star's exploding showing them in great detail, then, when it come's to focusing onto a near phenonem a few thousand miles away it all goes to shit !! This isn't the first time I've viewed N.A.S.A. footage with this horrendous detailing in the camerawork !

Weather balloons don't fly that high, but SATELLITES do, and that's what this is. Some people could see a dog walking down the street and swear it's a UFO. If someone supplied the date and time that the video was taken you could then go back over the satellite and space debris orbital data and find out what was in that area at the time.
