Vestal sung this better than anyone before her. She just nails it, just like everything she has sung. She was and continues to be an enormous inspiration for me to this day. God's perfect plan was to use Vestal while she was here to spread the message, love and hope for us all through her. She and Howard are sorely missed, but i'll rejoice with them both one day on the other shore.

I DON'T care who you are but Vestal did & even still continues to do more for this world than you EVER will. She enjoyed being in front of people because she loved singing for the Lord. @azulon007 thank you for saying that. i was thinking of something along those lines to say to that person as well, Im only 16 and i love listening to Vestal. She truely had a God Given Voice and you were right when you said she still continues to do more for the world today even though shes gone. I have alot of health problems and she cheers me up when im having a bad day. Thank You.

God moved upon the heart of 50 year old Sam. He fell in love with Gussie Mae and they got married. It was the first and only marriage for this couple.

Their 1st child (of many) was W. Howard.

W. Howard GOODMAN grew up, fell in love with and married Vestal FREEMAN.

God's plans are always perfect. They work 100% of the time.
