  • Nice Video Steve. I have been in presales for around 13 years (18 years in IT) and now manage a European team of presales system engineers selling software solutions. Over my years I have had good and bad sales guys. I have a policy of qualification that all sales guys must follow before they use anyone of my guys. It has to be well qualified commercially and a clear requirement is agreed so we can target rather than take a scatter gun approach. Well done.

    I am not sure if you mean a sales and Presales meeting before a customer meeting or something else...remember that the 2 secs is a soft skill that can be used in any situation..even with Family!...so if you want sales to tall to you more then use it...STEVE
