Damon is an amazing guy, he deserves her. Dont get me wrong, Stefan is great too but he loves Katherine and Katherine loves him for over a century theyve loved eachother.

Damon didnt get that kinda love. Stefan has always been the favorite.

but i think Elena knew something had happened even if he took her memory. She just had to know it was him or something. .
