This shows character and independence. Keep in mind that record companies absolutely HATE tribute bands. Total nobodys making money off THIER property! I'm sure Ronnie was aware of this. He had to sign a mountain of legal documents saying he would protect the Killers name, image and the "products" they make. It's very cool anytime you can put a record company weasel in thier place and they can't do a thing about it.
