Besides that, Vice City was released in 2002. This is a 2003 song.

This remix is a good remix but man thie original song has spawned a lot of stuff.

There is a line in this song "I can't wait for Saturday to begin" which inspired Michael Grey's 'The Weekend", a fucking amazing dance tune.

The beat of Get Down Saturday Night I believe is linked to two Daft Punk Songs, either Music Sounds Better with You (Stardust but still Daft Punk) and/or Voyager.

All these songs, including this remix, kick ass. Love them all and listen to them alot.
