  • chapeau bas ,quelle virtuosité .

  • Butcher :/

  • very beautiful - you really captured the harpsichord character of the piece. Very nice changes in tone and texture. What guitar do you play?

  • Super nice. This man has talent and has learned the art of changing chords without

sliding fingers to the next chord. It takes many hours of practice and super talent

to do this. Peter you are great. Friend Leon, from Montgomery,AL

  • Very nice!

  • it is composed by François Couperin, not Louis! :-P

  • That was very moving. Thanks for sharing your talent with us.

  • I love this piece ,which transcription is it?

  • it could be my transcription in C major .. the one for lazy guitarists like me ! *smile*

I love this rendition by quakerj, although I find it a bit too fast ... and as a Scott Ross fan, I like a slight ritardendo between sections .. but it's still a wonderful interpretation !

  • Where can you get this transcription? I've been looking all over for the music.

  • hi matt, i'm away from home right now ... but i 'll gladly send you my own transcription (standard notation and midi ..) once i get back home

    see you soon

  • Beautifully done!

  • This piece is a rondo (ABACADA), and Fletcher uses ponticello for the theme (or A section).

the B, C and D sections are played dolce.

I feel that this intelligent use of tone colors breathes life into the music and makes it clearer for the listener. Impressive that this was pulled off live!

  • Nice playing, man. What if you played closer to the bridge for a softer tone, and slowed down a bit for a more relaxed pace?
