Why is GUILE's stage music better in this original Street Fighter 2 than on Super Street Fighter 2 which I own?

I believe charlie was one of guile's friends prior to the street figter II series, who was then killed by M.bison also prior to the second game. Then guile avengenes his Friend within The STF 2 series. So if charlie didn't die he would of been in street fighter II instead of guile.
