the nokia n95 has bad battery life and it crashes alot and puses loads when takeing videos but dose take a nice photo and has cool mp3 and loud speakers

i just got mine on saturday and doesn´t have the lens protector yours does, NOKIA got a 0 on that! in my personal opinion...i just dont understand how can a phone with that lens (a carl zeiss)doesnt have something to protect it, any idea of how to make one? or even better how do you protect yours? ^_^

Please do your research before jumping to conclusions, for I would NEVER post a video on a fake Nokia device. Unlocked European versions have always had "Nokia" on the back of the phone while the N95-3 for North American 3G have "Nokia NSeries".

Please do a Google search on both "N95" and "N95-3" and you will see what I mean.

I simply do not appreciate your false comments.

I understand from your profile that you live in the U.S.. Then why did you buy your N95 from somewhere else?? Unless there is a good offer somewhere else, you could buy it from nokia usa for $750 with 1 year guarantee. Plus you would have N95-1 (European version) instead of N95-2 (Asia version) How do I understand? From the package.

Euro vs Asian models really don't mean much to me as long as the phone works as it should. As often as I change phones, I see no value in any kind of warranties either...and I did get it for bit cheaper than $750.
