My favorite part from 2:00 - 2:30 when God gave him his gift riight away. I also heard of Crouch telling the story how he learned to play piano. I believe it was his dad who asked him if u were able to play that piano would u play for God. He's been playin ever since. ( That's the God i need )
Andrae, you are looking good, but you need to lose some of that weight. What have you done to God's temple? Get back on that filet of sole that you used to cook when I came to see you thirty years ago.
I was able to see him perform in Shreveport Louisiana, back in 1983, that was the most impressive gathering of Christians that i had ever been to in my life.
Then being only 17, I had never been to an all African American gathering since I am Caucasian, at first I was scared but hen the power of the Lord took hold and change the fear into great Joy...
I guess the people and like I said with what the Lord did I am not afraid of anyone now.. Because I can rest assured that I am taken care of by our loving lord and Savior.
I remember being in 2nd grade in the 70's and Andre Crouch and the Disciples singing at my church - Primm Tabernacle AME in Seattle Washington. We loved his music way back then.
They are wonderful icons in our time. Legends, for sure. He spoke into my life years ago and I will forever remember his contributions. Long live Gospel's Own Legendary twins
