@Morthelion It doesn't matter who founded it. It's an American owned company with manufacturing plants all over the world. Holden Australia design the Monaro, Commodore and various other cars, but does that make it Australian? Not really, it's using all of GM's parts, rebadged Chevy motors, etc.
