Is it possible to cut nori without a puncher? Can I cut it with a knife or scissors? And what ingredient do you use to make the wings of the bee? Sorry for so many questions! xD

I recommend using a hole punch for any small circular shape. You can use scissors to cut nor but it's very hard to cut a perfect circle. Also don't get the nori wet otherwise it'll get wrinkly. I used cheese for the bee's wings. (check out my flickr and blog for the ingredients used in my bento.) Good luck!
