I'm doing the same thing with my mac running XP black. Bootcamp is such a great program and thats about the only good thing mac has done for gamers. I'm very very happy im running COH right now my gamername is T34is add me and see you on the Eastern front!
@yarduatssssss I want to be a programmer myself, learning that XP. (The OS the he is using) Only supports DX9 or lower really gives us an edge. Unless you are willing to pay 100-200$ For XP 64 bit professorial the Bootcamp on his Mac will only support 3.86Gs of ram which isnt"t bad its just not upgradeable and your videocard (as far as i know) is not very upgradeable the mac because most motherboards wont support high end computer video cards. Thats why PC is the better gamer.

Games run very well on the hardware, not the OS. The OS is not very good for gaming, XP is, however. And I thought Macs ran EFI, so how did you put XP on there?

@yarduatssssss I want to be a programmer myself, learning that XP. (The OS the he is using) Only supports DX9 or lower really gives us an edge. Unless you are willing to pay 100-200$ For XP 64 bit professorial the Bootcamp on his Mac will only support 3.86Gs of ram which isnt"t bad its just not upgradeable and your videocard (as far as i know) is not very upgradeable the mac because most motherboards wont support high end computer video cards. Thats why PC is the better gamer.

also using usb through bios to fresh install or upgrade, which is usually 4 people that have an issue with there cd rom or floppy drive.

what does this have to do with mac?? its virtual machine!! why buy a 2000$+ computer, to use it as a virtual machine in order to play games?? so you look rich?? and?? you can get a blazing fast pc for $2000+, I can email you parts

@benteta I7 980x ( or soon to come 995x ) overclocked to 4.2ghz on air and HD 5970 crossfired so 2x 5970 and a GTX 480 physx only ( Using hack) which will need a water cooling block since it gets hot. 1000w corsair or similar ( needs good amps on 12 v rail/s) 8-32gb of ram ddr3 1600mhz. Asus rampage II mobo.. nice case, lots of fans that are quite. 80gb intel SSD, 1.5tb WD/samsung hdd 7200RPM. Blu ray drive 18x etc.
