I agree but would tie him with Paul Di'Anno the original singer of Iron Maiden, who a lot of people don't like. I don't understand how Maynard screams so loud for such a small guy, but it awakens something in all of us that primal scream. As for Paul Di'Anno ether you love him or hate him-seems to be the case usually. I'm not discrediting Maynard cause he's been singing for a long time also. I don't know much about his 80's music. Regardless i like your comment. Tool Forever!!

I was there. That show was one of the best shows I have seen by any artist. I have seen hundreds of shows but Maynard rocked that stage and venue like I have never seen. If you missed this show, DO NOT miss the next one!

this was such a spectacular show, this video doesnt do it justice, the visuals on stage and around the stage and in the sky were absolutly mind blowing. Not to mention that the view behind the stage was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Even without that... one kick ass video. Thanks for helping me relive this night =)

I worked at the gorge for this concert, taking tickets..first off I let a lot of people in for free, because tool is the shit and everyone should see them...even people who don't like them (aka lame people), the men who came through my line were the hottest men i have ever seen (hot people like tool, i guess), and the reason i worked there was because i gave my ticket to my mom and i still wanted to see them, and by working there i got to see them for free

Out of all of the concerts I have seen in my eighteen years, this was the best, and the Gorge was definetly fun. The road trip from Mount Vernon was the shit and I definetly hope that when Tool comes back to WA, that they hold thier concert at the Gorge, and that I can get better seats next time. BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!!
